Lost your Nol card

Lost your Nol card just before heading out can be inconvenient. The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has streamlined the process for reporting a lost or stolen Nol card, blocking it, and seeking a refund. Whether you have a registered card or a personal one, here are the steps to follow:

For Registered Nol Card Users:

  1. Visit the nearest metro station’s ticket office to report the incident and block the card.
  2. Apply for a refund through any RTA verified channel (nol Pay, RTA website, smart service machines, ticket office machines, self-service machines).
  3. Provide Nol tag ID, mobile number, and pin code of the Nol card to be refunded.
  4. Select the refund method (cash or Nol balance).
  5. A card blocking request is created after confirmation.
  6. The refund is approved four days from the submission date.

Customers can collect their balance in cash at any designated metro station or through smart teller machines at customer happiness centers. Nol balance transfer to a new card can be activated by inserting or tapping the card on any online device.
