Returning to your car to discover a dent or scratches, only to find no sign of the responsible driver, can be a frustrating experience. In the UAE, such incidents are classified as ‘unknown traffic accidents’, and reporting them is essential to file an insurance claim. Without a police report, your insurer will not process your claim.
